  • Chitec Promotes Employee Wellness Through Customized Walking Program

To implement this philosophy, Chitec has launched a walking program, setting goals of completing 100,000 or 120,000 steps based on individual physical conditions and providing financial incentives as motivation. Employees are free to choose their preferred step-tracking apps to participate in the walking activities, based on their interests and preferences, allowing our employees to develop a love for exercise and embrace a healthy lifestyle.

  • A Resounding Success with Enthusiastic Participation

After one month, a total of 33 Chitec partners from the Taipei headquarter participated in the health activity, and 32 of them successfully achieved their goals. This not only demonstrates the employees' enthusiastic participation in the health program but also reflects our commitment to employee well-being. It's worth mentioning that one of our partners averaged over 10,000 steps per day during the activity period and received additional rewards.
